TENDER DESCRIPTION
CEA LITEN wishes to acquire a vacuum thermal co-evaporation system. The contract also includes optional pricing options: - Option 1: Four (4) individual shutters for quartz balances; - Option 2: A system for monitoring the actual temperature on the surface of the substrate; - Option 3: A quartz balance fixed to the substrate holder; - Option 4: A system specific to the substrate shutter allowing partial masking of the substrate; - Option 5: Level 1 Maintenance Training; - Option 6: Advanced Maintenance Training; - Option 7: The price of transport, insurance included, under DAP CEA Grenoble conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention).
