TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supply of banknote counters and associated services for La Poste sites. In terms of functionality, type part 1 banknote counters ("simple" counters) are mainly intended for counting and valuing banknotes in cash environments with moderate or standard cash volumes, whereas type part 2 banknote counters ("sorting" counters) are designed to sort banknotes according to predefined criteria (category, condition, other configurable criteria) for environments with higher cash volumes or requiring systematic sorting. In terms of technical characteristics, the banknote counters must meet performance levels in counting speed, noise level and ergonomics, which will be specified in the specifications. The services must notably include: – supply of type part 1 banknote counters ("simple" counters) – supply of type part 2 banknote counters ("sorting" counters); – supply of accessories, consumables, i.e., regularly replaced items (for banknote packaging, linked to any peripherals, for routine maintenance, wear parts considered as consumables...) and software necessary for the equipment's operation; – warranty and technical support, management of updates…
