Fourniture d’une solution logicielle solution pour la sauvegarde des environnements MS365 et Entra ID

The contract has an initial duration of 12 months, starting from its date of notification. It can be renewed three times for successive periods of 12 months each. The total duration of the framework agreement is therefore 48 months.

The core scope of work for this tender, identified as MARCHE 26R067, is to provide a software solution for backing up MS365 and Entra ID environments, along with associated operational maintenance services. This constitutes a supply and services market.

The key components of the Statement of Work (SOW) include:

• Licensing for Backup Solutions: This encompasses licenses for MS365 backup per user (for up to 1,250 users and beyond the 1,251st user) and EntraID backup per object (for up to 8,000 objects and beyond the 8,001st object).
• Technical Expertise: Services include configuration, optimization, metrology, policy management, operational assistance, and performance-related expertise.
• Training and Skills Transfer: Provision of training and ensuring knowledge transfer to CSTB personnel.
• Publisher Expertise: This involves audits, reviews of practices, and certification of compliance.

The provider is expected to manage the services with a single point of contact, ensure high-quality interactions with CSTB stakeholders, and guarantee the quality of expert services. They must address CSTB's specific needs, offer expertise for problem identification and resolution, and ensure the solution's adaptability and configurability throughout the contract period.

The minimum deliverables include a presentation of the service offer and a procedure for accessing support. Project oversight will involve a CSTB project manager and an annual steering committee with the CSTB DSI.

The tender is structured as a framework agreement with purchase orders, having no minimum amount but a maximum limit of €195,000 excl. VAT over its duration.
