TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract aims to entrust to a specialised Contractor the supply, management and implementation of dematerialised meal voucher solutions, as well as social benefits services, for the benefit of the agents of GIP HIS, in order to ensure optimal compliance with the applicable social and tax regulations while optimising internal processes. It includes in particular: - making available dematerialised meal vouchers, including their issuance, loading and management; - the supply of dematerialised social benefits solutions enabling: o access to benefits, discounts, cultural, sporting and leisure offers, o and the provision of gifts and vouchers for purchase, including their issuance, loading and management. The services expected must comply with the applicable regulations governing meal vouchers and social benefits, in particular with regard to social and tax matters, as well as the requirements relating to the dematerialisation of the supports.
