TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract aims to award a specialised Contractor the supply, management and implementation of dematerialised meal-voucher solutions as well as social-benefits services, for the benefit of the GIP HIS employees, in order to ensure optimal compliance with the social and tax regulations in force while optimising internal processes. It includes in particular: - the provision of dematerialised meal vouchers, their issuance, loading and management ; - the supply of dematerialised social benefits solutions allowing: o access to benefits, discounts, cultural, sports, leisure offers, o and the provision of gifts and vouchers for purchase, their issuance, loading and management. The services expected must comply with the regulations in force applicable to meal vouchers and social benefits, in particular with regard to social and tax matters, as well as the requirements relating to the dematerialisation of the supports.
