TENDER DESCRIPTION

The presence of funds in post offices and other external points of contact of La Poste requires one or more safes to be installed there. The objective is to quickly secure funds deposited by customers at post offices. The contract has the purpose of supplying and installing safes with electronic locks (mini money-box safe) in the front office (public area) of post offices and related services, for the needs of La Poste “BGPN” (Retail and Digital Branch). In addition to the supply of safes (mini money-box safe) with an electronic lock, the successful tenderer shall be able to carry out the following related services: • Delivery, installation and fixing of safes with electronic locks • Maintenance of safes and electronic locks during and after the warranty (hotline, supply of spare parts, repairs, on-site intervention, …) • Removal, moving to another site, storage, destruction or recycling of installed safes • Training in the use and maintenance of electronic locks.
