The contract has a total duration of 10 years, commencing from the date of the equipment's admission. This contract is not renewable. Confidentiality obligations for the contractor will extend for ten years beyond the contract's execution period.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply and installation of an automatic robot for engaging dried laundry and a versatile large-size folder for the GCS BTS dried sector.

Key deliverables and aspects of the Statement of Work include:

• Equipment Supply and Installation: This comprises an automatic robot for engaging sponges/bath sheets with a minimum productivity of 700 pieces per hour, an associated automatic folder for sorting by size and detecting torn items, a versatile large-size folder, a conveyor system for feeding the robot, a system for detecting torn/damaged articles, a cover folder with two stackers, and a carton banding machine.
• Building and Site Works: Redevelopment of the dried folding area, modification of conveyor exits to centralize outputs, connection to existing networks for all fluid types, installation and modification of conveyors, and management of interfaces between the building and equipment. All costs for temporary site access are also included.
• Studies and Authorizations: The contractor is responsible for all design, execution, and synthesis studies, obtaining necessary authorizations, complementary diagnostics, and studies required to verify performance objectives and environmental guidelines.
• Commissioning and Training: This includes the provision of equipment connection services, startup procedures, and training for personnel.
• Existing Equipment Management: Recovery of existing equipment, specifically mentioned are the Jensen cover folder and Kanniegesser XFM versatile dried folder, and transfer of existing equipment to be kept.
• Project Management and Coordination: The tender requires work direction by the contractor's project management, coordination of equipment and automation implementation for proper process functioning, and overall coordination of works and management of building and process interfaces.
