TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract aims to define the terms governing the service provider’s intervention for the supply and delivery of bread for the school dining facilities of the schools, as well as one middle school. This service will be carried out on behalf of a joint contracting authority. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders (bons de commande). Services are paid for using unit prices. The framework agreement has a duration of 12 months, renewable 3 times, i.e. 48 months in total. The start date is stated for guidance purposes (January 2027). The start date will be notified by an order form (ordre de service).
