TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract runs from its notification date to the contracting party until 31 December 2028 inclusive, subject to the application of the termination clause below and as stated in the deed of commitment. The parties expressly agree that the contract will end automatically upon the operational commissioning of the new central kitchen of the local authority and the appointment of its operations staff (estimated date: 1 May 2028). The buyer will notify the contracting party of the final stop date for the delivery of meals, snacks and bread (if PSE-NO is selected) by means of a decision of the City, no later than at least two months before the contract end date. This contract end constitutes a ground of general interest linked to the reorganization of the public service, excluding any compensation to the contracting party (in particular for services not performed).
