TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract runs from the date it is notified to the successful tenderer until 31 December 2028 inclusive, subject to the application of the termination clause below and referred to in the letter of engagement. The parties expressly agree that the contract will end automatically as soon as the new central kitchen of the local authority is operationally brought into service and the appointment of its operations staff takes place (estimated date: 1 May 2028). The contracting authority will notify the successful tenderer of the date when meal, snack and bread deliveries will definitively cease (if PSE-NO is selected) by means of a decision of the City, within a minimum period of two months before the contract end date. This contract end constitutes grounds of general interest linked to the reorganisation of the public service, excluding any compensation of the successful tenderer (in particular in respect of services not performed).
