TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure involves setting up a multi-attribute framework agreement under call-off orders with a maximum amount set at EUR 2,300,000 ex VAT and with no minimum amount, which is carried out by issuing a Delivery Order or Service Order (OLS) for a duration of 84 months. The top-ranked bidder, after the final technical and financial analysis, will be awarded 60% of the Contract (understood as 60% of the maximum amount - EUR 1,380,000 ex VAT); the second-ranked bidder, after the final technical and financial analysis, will be awarded 40% of the Contract (understood as 40% of the maximum Contract amount - EUR 920,000 ex VAT). The services to be provided are as follows: - Supply and delivery, among other items, of skirting tiles, friezes, mouldings, mitres, bullnose tiles, skirting boards, angle 2A channel and channel wall, according to the Price Schedule reference; - For any new references, reproduction of certain ceramic pieces with the preparation of a technical data sheet in accordance with the CCTP.
