TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is awarded using an open invitation-to-tender procedure subject to Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 and R.2161-1 and the following of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). The contract is a multi-supplier framework agreement for supplies (maximum 3 contractors) handled by issuing purchase orders based on the unit prices detailed by each contractor in the price schedule (bordereau des prix). The City will select a maximum of 3 candidates to be awardees. If the number of candidates meeting the selection criteria is less than 2, the consultation will be declared unsuccessful (without further action). The contract is awarded without any minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 10 000 000Euros exclusive of tax (HT), for the total duration of the contract, applying Articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-17 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is not a tranche-based contract. The contract will take effect as of the date of notification for 4 firm years (4 years firm).
