TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is awarded using an open invitation to tender procedure governed by Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 and R.2161-1 and following of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique). The contract is a multi-operator framework agreement for supplies (maximum 3 contractors) handled by purchase orders based on the unit prices detailed by each contractor in the price schedule (bordereau des prix). The City will select a maximum of 3 candidates to be contractors. If the number of candidates meeting the selection criteria is less than 2, the consultation will be cancelled. The contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 10 000 000 Euros excluding tax (HT), for the total duration of the contract, applying Articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-17 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is not a tranche contract. The contract will take effect from the date of notification for 4 fixed years.
