The contract timeline is as follows:

Each market (contract) has a total duration of 24 months, commencing from its notification. This period does not include a 2-year warranty for proper functioning. The execution time for each individual phase of the contract is 1 year (12 months), starting from the date of commencement of that specific phase, which will be set by a service order. Additionally, new markets that can be established through a negotiated procedure without publicity or competition can be concluded for a period not exceeding three years from the notification of the current market. There is also a minimum warranty period of 24 months, which starts from the admission decision.

The core scope of work for this tender involves a comprehensive range of services related to generator sets and associated electrical infrastructure across multiple sites. The Statement of Work (SOW) summary includes:

• Studies and Execution Plans: Development of necessary studies and execution plans, including the dimensioning of generator sets and their accessories in accordance with the CCTP.
• Document Provision: Production of all required documentation, such as updated electrical diagrams (PDF and editable formats), operating manuals for automatic voltage inverters, updated functional analysis of sites, technical documentation for new generator sets, maintenance guides, and internal electrical diagrams for each generator set.
• Equipment Removal: Dismantling and removal of existing electrical equipment, including generator sets, associated accessories (exhaust pipes, piping, fuel tanks), and careful handling and identification of components.
• Waste Management: Evacuation and treatment of all removed materials and waste (electrical, cables, equipment) at approved centers.
• Local Adaptation and Compliance: Modifications to premises to ensure compliance with ventilation standards for generator sets, including creating necessary openings and installing dedicated electrical protection, relaying, and starter equipment with associated cabling.
• Electrical Cabinet Modifications: Installation of electrical equipment within existing TGBT (main low voltage distribution board) cabinets for generator set management.
• Maintenance:
• Preventive Maintenance: Annual maintenance encompassing fluid and filter changes, sensor verification, automatic start tests, alarm and safety device checks, and frequency verification both idle and under load.
• Corrective Maintenance: Response to incidents within 48 working hours for complete diagnosis, repair, or replacement of defective components.
• Supervision System Updates: Programming of the WinCC supervision system to integrate new equipment and modify existing supervisions across all relevant lakes (e.g., Aube, Marne, Seine).
• New Equipment Installation: Installation of new generator sets, their accessories, and completion of all necessary electrical connections as specified in the CCTP.
