TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covered by this invitation to tender concerns the supply of festive Christmas decorations for the public areas of Geneva Airport; namely the public area known as “Landside”, the controlled area known as “Airside”, as well as the outdoor areas. Under this invitation to tender, the supply of decorations constitutes the firm order of the contract and represents the only service that is subject to a guaranteed order. In addition, the invitation to tender also includes, as services that are entirely optional, the installation/removal and storage of the above-mentioned decorations for the Christmas seasons for the years 2027 to 2029 (3 editions). These optional services may be activated according to GA’s needs, without any ordering commitment on its part.
