The contract has an initial duration of two (2) years. The end date of this initial period is set for January 31, 2027, regardless of its start date. The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed once for an additional period of two (2) years. The total duration of the framework agreement, including any renewal period, cannot exceed forty-eight (48) months.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves the conception, supply, deployment, and maintenance of server infrastructure, storage, and backup solutions for datacenters.

A high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Acquisition of Equipment and Solutions: This covers various types of rackable servers (with or without disks, for external storage, or artificial intelligence), hyperconverged infrastructures, block storage (SAN), and unified/file storage (NAS) solutions.
• Installation and Configuration: Explicitly required for all acquired equipment, such as rackable servers, NAS, SAN, and backup appliances.
• Maintenance: An integral part of the tender, as stated in its title.
• Expertise Services: Providing expert and architect support, both on-site and remotely. This includes needs analysis, architecture definition, determination of hardware and software solutions, implementation services, sizing, and prototyping or proof of concept (POC).
• Project Management: Encompasses coordination of internal and external stakeholders, planning, and leading steering and monitoring committees, including drafting related documentation (agendas, minutes, decision records). Project management services can be provided on-site or remotely.
• Training and Skills Transfer: Preparation and execution of training sessions, either on-site or remotely, specifically tailored to the context and acquired equipment.
• Deliveries and Service Execution: This involves the delivery of supplies and execution of services under the framework agreement, including all associated costs like ancillary expenses, necessary materials, taxes, overheads, and delivery charges (port, packaging, handling, insurance, storage, transport, unloading).
• Operational Setup: Handling, assembly, and implementation of all components necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment.
• Site Management: Protection of premises during services, cleaning, and disposal of waste at approved sites.
• Post-Execution Activities: Participation in meetings, validations, and verifications following service execution. This also includes the correction of any anomalies identified during an 8-week regular service verification period, which aims to validate service conformity.
