The contract timeline is divided into a fixed-price part and a purchase order part. The fixed-price part of the framework agreement begins on its notification date and concludes upon the definitive acceptance of the related services. The purchase order part of the framework agreement is established for one year from the notification date and is subject to tacit renewal, with the total duration not exceeding four years. The contracting authority may decide against renewal by providing written notice at least three months before the contract's anniversary.

A key milestone is the delivery and installation of the calorimeter, which must be completed by November 30, 2026. For services under purchase orders, the execution period begins upon the holder's receipt of the order via email or an online ordering platform.

The core scope of work for this tender is the supply, delivery, and installation of an isothermal calorimeter device and its associated accessories for the LMDC - Laboratoire Matériaux et Durabilité des Constructions in Toulouse.

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Supply and complete installation of the equipment, encompassing both hardware and software.
• Provision of all necessary accessories.
• Delivery of IT installation media for the data acquisition and processing software.
• Provision of technical documentation.
• Training for a maximum of six users.
• Maintenance services, which include both preventive and corrective maintenance, offered on a half-day or full-day basis.
• Supply of various consumables, such as 20ml glass ampoules (for both standard and mixing kits), aluminum caps with seals, lifting eyelets, lifting hooks, agitation vanes for manual or motorized mixers, injection syringes, and injection needles.
• Provision of a complete IT system for data acquisition and electronic storage of results.

Additionally, the tender includes Prestations Supplémentaires Eventuelles (PSE), which candidates must address:

• PSE N°1: A kit designed for mixing constituents inside the calorimeter, including a motor.
• PSE N°2: A kit designed for mixing constituents inside the calorimeter, without a motor.

• Optional tranche N°1: An extended commercial warranty for the device for an additional year.
