The contract timeline is as follows:

For the lump-sum part of the contract, it begins from the date of its notification and concludes on the date of final acceptance of the associated services.

For the purchase order part, the framework agreement is concluded for a duration of one year starting from the notification date. It is subject to tacit renewal, with the total duration not exceeding four years. The contracting authority reserves the right not to renew the contract by notifying the contractor(s) at least 3 months before the contract's anniversary date via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Regarding specific deadlines, the delivery and installation of the calorimeter must be completed by November 30, 2026, with this period commencing from the contract notification. For services listed in the unit price schedule (BPU), the execution period begins upon the contractor's receipt of the purchase order, either by email or through an online ordering platform.

The validity period for offers is set at 120 days from the deadline for offer submission.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply, delivery, and installation of an isothermal calorimeter device and its accessories for the LMDC laboratory in Toulouse.

The Statement of Work summary includes:

• Supply and complete installation of the equipment, encompassing both hardware and software.
• Provision of all necessary accessories.
• Delivery of IT installation media for data acquisition and processing software.
• Provision of comprehensive technical documentation.
• Training for up to 6 users.

Additionally, the tender outlines several optional components and services:

• Optional Additional Services (PSE):
• PSE N°1: A kit for mixing constituents inside the calorimeter, including a motor.
• PSE N°2: A kit for mixing constituents inside the calorimeter, without a motor.
• Optional Tranches:
• Optional Tranche N°1: An extended commercial warranty for the device for an additional year.
• Optional Tranche N°2: The acquisition of a second identical calorimeter device.
