TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rouen Normandy Métropole intends to equip itself with secured bicycle parking lots, in which users will be able to access secure bicycle parking spaces, either by subscription or by hourly ticket. The expected equipment must be of high quality and aesthetically pleasing in order to satisfy landscape integration requirements and thus meet the requirements of the Architects of the Buildings of France (Architectes des Bâtiments de France, ABF). These bicycle parking lots must be interoperable with the global access management solution (software: back office and front office and hardware: access control equipment, cylinder…) provided by the Métropole as part of a contract for the management, operation and commercialisation of the secured bicycle parking service “LOVELO stationnement”.
