TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Rouen Normandy Metropolis (Métropole Rouen Normandie) wishes to be equipped with secured bicycle parking facilities in which users will be able to access a secured bicycle parking space, either by subscription or by hourly ticket. The expected equipment must be of high quality and aesthetically pleasing so as to ensure landscape integration and thus meet the requirements of the Architects of the Buildings of France (Architectes des bâtiments de France, ABF). These bicycle parking facilities must be interoperable with the global access management solution (software: back and front office and hardware: access control equipment, cylinder…) provided by the Metropolis as part of a contract for the management, operation and commercialisation of the secured bicycle parking service “LOVELO stationnement”.
