    The execution period for the firm tranche begins on the contract notification date. For optional tranches, the execution period starts on their respective firming-up date. The decision to firm up an optional tranche can occur during the contract's validity period, from the contract notification date up to 24 months after it.

    Key milestones and phases for the firm tranche include:

    • Submission of a plan and technical note: within 15 working days after the kick-off visit.
    • On-site installation work: mandatorily from Monday, October 26, 2026, to Friday, October 30, 2026, inclusive, between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
    • Submission of deliverables and documentation: no later than the day of completion of installation works.
    • Presentation of the device: within five (5) calendar days following the completion of installation services.
    • Training services: planned after installation works and in agreement with the buyer, within thirty (30) days following the completion of installation works.
    • Admission of services: within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days following the completion of installation or training services.
    • Final deadline for all firm tranche services (installation, training, and admission operations): must be completed by November 30, 2026, at the latest.
    • The start date for maintenance and warranty services: corresponds to the notification date of the decision to admit the installation services.
    • Validation of the execution schedule: The buyer has ten (10) calendar days to validate technical deliverables or provide feedback.

    Lot 1: Studies, Engineering, Integration, Multi-OS and Software Management

    • Engineering services, slab load study, and execution plans for deported architectures (including DOE vector DWG and indexed PDF deliverables).
    • Custom development of a simplified graphic control interface and unified automation functions (e.g., power on/off, mute, matrices, movements).
    • Complete and definitive transfer of all rights and delivery of open, uncompiled source codes on a secured USB key.

    Lot 2: Equipment and Installation of the Base Offer (Video, Broadcast, Capture)

    • Supply, installation, and configuration of two laser videoprojectors (>= 7000 Lumens), including adaptation or replacement of ceiling brackets.
    • Connection, optical alignment, and automatic interfacing of two existing motorized recessed projection screens.
    • Supply and installation of four secondary matte screens (55" to 65") without open Android OS.
    • Supply and integration of two multi-capsule dynamic microphone panels for videoconference ambient sound capture in false ceilings.
    • Supply of two sets of professional HF wireless handheld microphones.
    • Supply of three universal Plug & Play presenter connection boxes (USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode and wireless compatible).
    • Supply, programming, routing, and connection of the main video switching matrix in a remote bay.
    • Supply and installation of a ceiling speaker network as recessed speaker panels.
    • Supply, cabling, and complete equipping of one or two 19" technical bays secured by lock (including protected PDU power strips).
    • Supply and integration of an innovative mobile presenter video feedback solution on reinforced totem/support on wheels.
    • Supply and installation of two Full HD/4K PTZ robotic cameras, including programming for smooth transitions and speaker tracking.
    • Careful removal, packaging, and storage of all old equipment (projectors, screens, pole monitor) at the buyer's designated location.

    Lot 3: Integration of Table Microphones Provided by the Buyer

    • This involves the installation, connection, and programming of either Bosch CCSD-CURD and 20 wired gooseneck stations (Hypothesis A) or Televic D-Cerno CUR and 18 wired stations (Hypothesis B), including necessary cabling or connection to existing RJ45.

    Lot 4: CFO/CFA Infrastructure, Site Work, Commissioning, and Training

    • Extension of the electrical panel (supply and installation of a new dedicated differential circuit breaker), pulling of the main CFO line, and remote CFA cabling.
    • On-site installation services, terminal connections, and management of construction waste.
    • Supply and secure connection of a closed and dedicated Internet gateway (Wi-Fi/RJ45) for optional controlled remote maintenance.
    • Supply of documentation in French and a wall-mounted rigid A4 double-sided laminated quick-start memo.
    • On-site training services, including one user session for Direction and one in-depth technical logistics session for a panel of 15 personnel.

    Additionally, there is an optional tranche (Tranche Optionnelle N°1) for replacing wired gooseneck microphones with wireless equivalents, including supply, installation, and re-parameterization of elements in the remote bay. Several optional additional services (Prestations Supplémentaires Éventuelles - PSE) are also outlined, covering alternative mobile videoprojection and additional ceiling displays (PSE N°1), a preventive maintenance contract (PSE N°2), a standard corrective maintenance contract with a J+3 intervention time (PSE N°3), and a high-criticality corrective maintenance contract with a J+1 intervention time (PSE N°4).
