TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Occitanie Region acts as a contracting entity purchasing centre (Article L2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code) created by deliberation No. N°CP/2024-05/01.09 for the benefit of the subscribing entities. The framework agreement shall be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services shall be paid for using unit prices. The total maximum amount of the services for the entire duration of the framework agreement for all subscribing entities of the purchasing centre listed in Article 16.1 of the CCAP is: EUR 17,300,000 excluding tax (HT).
