TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Occitanie Region acts as a purchasing centre (Article L2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code) created by deliberation No. N°CP/2024-05/01.09 on behalf of the members. The framework agreement will be performed by issuing purchase orders (order forms). The services are paid for at unit prices. The total maximum amount of the services for the entire duration of the framework agreement for all of the purchasing centre’s members listed in Article 16.1 of the CCAP is: EUR 17,300,000 excluding tax (HT).
