TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Department wishes to have a connected viewing platform for strategic points on its road network, enabling real-time monitoring of traffic. The tool will in particular enable officers to be provided with a mobile tool for supervising the equipped sites and to share road information with the general public. Award procedure: Open invitation to tender (Article R.2124-2 1° - French Public Procurement Code). The form selected for contract performance is purchase orders with no minimum and with an annual maximum amount of €300,000 exclusive of tax, single-awardee, pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract award notice and may be renewed 3 times.
