TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Department wishes to have a connected viewing platform for strategic points on its road network, enabling real-time monitoring of traffic. The tool will, in particular, provide officers with a mobile supervision tool for the equipped sites and will share road information with the general public. Award procedure: Open invitation to tender (Article R.2124-2 1° - French Public Procurement Code). The form selected for performance of the contract is purchase orders with no minimum and with an annual maximum amount of 300 000 € excluding VAT (HT), single-award, in application of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a duration of 12 months from the date of notification of the contract and may be renewed 3 times.
