• Central System Implementation: This covers the provision of annual licenses for ticketing software (excluding interfaces) and a web platform, along with its implementation which includes project management, requirements gathering, specifications, installation, parametrization of functionalities, and graphic creation for the web platform. Annual hosting for the solution is also included if not part of the licenses.
• Access Control Hardware: The acquisition, installation, licensing, and parametrization of various access control materials. This includes fixed RFID/NFC/EMV/QR code access control terminals (for entry/exit, full height, and PMR access), time readers, control screens, and guardrails. It also encompasses cash register equipment (tactile screen, keyboard, cash drawer, customer display), various printers (thermal ticket, RFID card, multi-card, barcode bracelet, receipt), check readers/editors, RFID card reader-encoders, webcams for card photos, and mobile access control terminals.
• Site Deployment: Specific deployment for the Jean-Regis Pool and Ice Rink, and the Ile Bleue Pool, which involves project management, implementation studies, requirements gathering, software specifications, installation, and parametrization for each site.
• Maintenance: Comprehensive maintenance for the central system, covering preventive, corrective, telephone support, assistance platform, and evolutionary maintenance for a period of three years (with the first year under warranty). Maintenance for access control hardware is provided for four years, excluding the warranty period. Additionally, maintenance for the overall solution, interfaces, APIs (excluding BPU), hosting, technical support, and website/back-office version upgrades are covered.
• Training: On-site training for both technical and functional administrators is a key deliverable. Additional on-site or remote training/assistance can be provided on a half-day or full-day basis.
• Consumables: Provision of various consumables such as blank cards, RFID cards, bracelets, and tickets, with options for personalization.
• Reversibility/Transferability: Services for the reversibility and transferability of both software and hardware are included.
• Optional Tranche (T1): This optional part includes study and design services for a new site with fixed access control. It covers project management, implementation studies, requirements gathering, specifications, software installation and parametrization (excluding interfaces), technical and functional equipment parametrization, web platform installation and parametrization, and user training.
