TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to supply office supplies, small IT supplies, hygiene products, disposables and miscellaneous/cafeteria items for the various sites of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (CMAR PACA). It concerns all sites of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (CMAR PACA) located in the six departments that make up the PACA region. This framework agreement is awarded using a formal procedure. This is an open invitation to tender, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services result in a single-award framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum value of EUR 56,400 incl. VAT for the initial term of the contract. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will also be EUR 56,400 incl. VAT per renewal period. The services are carried out as and when purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
