TENDER DESCRIPTION
This is a framework agreement with purchase orders awarded to a single economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial term of 1 year from 06 April 2027 or from the date on which the contract is notified to the contractor (the date of receipt acknowledgement shall prevail) if the date is later than the estimated date. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 1 year and 36 months. The maximum value of the framework agreement stated in point 5.1.5 is exclusive of tax (HT) for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewal periods).
