• New light vehicles: 4 units per year, comprising various segments of thermal light vehicles (small city cars, versatile city cars, compacts, MPVs, urban SUVs, compact SUVs) with a Total Authorized Loaded Weight (PTAC) under 3.5 tonnes.
• New all-terrain vehicles and pick-ups: 1 unit per year, specifically pick-ups, with PTAC under 3.5 tonnes.
• Used light vehicles: 3 units per year, including various segments of thermal light vehicles with PTAC under 3.5 tonnes.
• Used all-terrain vehicles and pick-ups: 1 unit per year, specifically pick-ups, with PTAC under 3.5 tonnes.
• New electric light vehicles: 2 units per year, covering battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and plug-in hybrid vehicles, all with PTAC under 3.5 tonnes.
• New utility vehicles: 8 units per year, including mini-vans, vans, medium vans, large vans, small trucks, pick-ups/4x4s, and dump trucks, with PTAC under or equal to 3.5 tonnes.
• New heavy goods vehicles: 6 units per year, encompassing dump trucks (bi-benne, tri-benne), ampliroll trucks, flatbed trucks, municipal waste collection trucks, and crane trucks, with PTAC over 3.5 tonnes and 2 to 3 axles.
• New work machinery: 7 units per year, including tractors, small mobile construction machinery (mini-excavators, compact loaders), various types of extraction/loading machinery, handling machinery, and equipment carriers for construction sites and public works.
• New trailers: 2 units per year, covering light, medium, and heavy trailers based on PTAC/PTRA.

The market is divided into lots, and a maximum of 10 lots can be awarded to a single bidder. Financing is provided from the own funds of the Communauté d'agglomération du Cotentin.
