TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building 001, of prefabricated panel construction, is used as accommodation building over 4 storeys with a total gross floor area of approx. 3,000 m². On each storey starting from the ground floor there are shower and washing areas as well as tea kitchens. In the basement storey there are mainly storage and technical rooms. The contract includes the planning of the fundamental repair of the electrical installation of the entire building. Services under KG 440: The existing electrical system is to be dismantled. The new installation includes the installation of a main building distribution board as well as all floor distribution boards. The lighting system and general installations, switches and sockets are to be installed mainly in parapet and installation ducts. A safety lighting system is to be installed. Services under KG 450: A structured cabling system for the data network is to be installed in accordance with the "IT Manual - Cabling networks". From the 1st floor (EG) - 3rd floor (3.OG), data connections for WLAN are to be installed in the rooms.
