TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building 001, built using prefabricated concrete panel construction, is used as an accommodation building over 4 storeys with a total area of approx. 3,000 m² gross. On each storey starting from the ground floor there are shower and wash areas as well as tea kitchens. The basement storey mainly contains storage and technical rooms. The contract includes planning the fundamental refurbishment of the electrical installation of the entire building. Scope of services: Due to significant technical and structural defects, the accommodation building is in a condition that cannot be used. The objective of the measure is to restore an operationally safe condition that complies with public-law requirements. The contractor shall provide the services for building object planning in accordance with §§ 33 et seq.
