TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building 001, constructed using panel (prefabricated) construction, is used as an accommodation building on 4 storeys with a floor area of approx. 3,000 m² gross. On each floor starting from the ground floor there are shower and washing areas as well as tea kitchens. In the basement level there are mainly storage and technical rooms. The contract includes the planning of the adaptation of the building automation after replacement of the heat generation plant. Services (KG 480): The existing heat generation plant is to be dismantled, and therefore the control components of the existing system. The new installation includes the installation of the automation systems including power, control and protective switching equipment, incl. cabling between field devices and switch cabinet ISP 01 (heating). Water meters and heat meters with an M-Bus interface are to be planned. The basis for the services to be provided by the contractor are the general and specific obligations under RBBau.
