TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building 001, constructed in panel system construction, is used as an accommodation building on 4 storeys with a gross floor area of approx. 3,000 m². On each level, starting from the ground floor, there are shower and washing areas as well as tea kitchens. In the basement floor there are mainly storage and technical rooms. The contract includes planning the adaptation of the building automation after replacement of the heat generator system. Performance category KG 480: The existing heat generator system is to be dismantled, and consequently the control components of the existing system. The new installation includes the installation of the automation systems with performance, control and protection and switching assemblies, including cabling between field devices and the control cabinet ISP 01 (heating). Domestic hot water and heat meter(s) with an M-bus interface are to be planned. The basis for the services to be provided by the contractor are the general and specific duty of performance requirements under RBBau. The contract is awarded in service stages.
