TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Building 001, built in prefabricated panel construction, is used as accommodation on 4 floors with an area of approx. 3,000 m² gross. On each storey starting from the ground floor, there are shower and washing areas, as well as tea kitchens. The basement level mainly contains storage and technical rooms. The contract includes the planning for the comprehensive repair of the wastewater installation, including the required measures, and the replacement of the building’s heat generation system. Service/Cost group KG 410: The operator has informed that there is an existing need to renovate the entire wastewater pipe network. It must be checked whether the potable water pipe network also needs to be replaced. The existing wastewater network is to be dismantled. The new installation includes the installation from the connection of the main pipe (service line) to the point of use of the respective sanitary unit. Service/Cost group KG 420: The building’s heat supply is provided via decentralized heat supply systems operated with heating oil.
