Framework agreement digital development

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority currently has a framework agreement for development services, but the financial limit will be exhausted in the transition between the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2027. The call-offs on the contract have been significantly higher than originally expected. This is because the contract was established before the preliminary project for Digital grant management and before the extent of the further digitalisation commitment was clear. The aim of the new framework agreement is to ensure the Customer access to the necessary competence and/or capacity throughout the entire contract period. The tenderers shall be strategic cooperation partners and pro-active consultants, support the further digitalisation and contribute to solve the Contracting Authority ́s social assignment. The contract shall particularly support: The implementation of the commitment to Digital Grant Management and the development of Norad's digital platform.
