TENDER DESCRIPTION

Background Vennesla municipality needs to establish a new framework agreement for plumbing services and materials as the existing contract expires. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the municipality continued access to the necessary external capacity and competence for service, repairs, maintenance and management of acute events in the municipality ́s buildings and technical installations. The municipality has its own plumbers that cover parts of the current need. The self-region does not, however, cover the entire need, and the framework agreement shall therefore be a supplementary means to ensure sufficient capacity, flexibility and security of delivery. The procurement shall contribute to a practical and predictable model for ordering and following up assignments. There is a need for a system that safeguards both smaller ongoing assignments and major planned work. At the same time it is important to have a quick response with rush assignments and good access to the necessary material.
