Framework agreement for plumbing services with materials

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Nordreisa municipality administers a property mainly consisting of five school buildings, 3 nursery buildings, 4 nursing homes/institution buildings/health centres, 1 town hall, 1 sports hall, 2 operational stations, 1 Arts Centre. In addition the municipality has buildings divided between 10-15 minor locations, as well as a number of technical installations such as road lights and pumping stations. In order to cover the municipality ́s need for plumbing services, Nordreisa municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the provision of such services (which the municipality due to a lack of capacity in its own organisations and/or lack of competence cannot carry out) and the accompanying materials within the discipline. The tasks that are planned to be included in the framework agreement will be, among other things: • Provision of plumbing services in connection with maintenance and upgrades. • Error searching and repairing technical installations in the discipline. • Renovation or installation of technical installations within the discipline. • Relevant courses for municipal operational personnel where the framework agreement partner can…
