The client has a unilateral option to extend the agreement for an additional 1+1 year. Notice for exercising this option must be given at least 6 months before the expiration of the initial contract period, or at least 4 months before the agreement ends for the extension options. Annual status meetings with corresponding reporting are planned as a key phase within the agreement period.
