Franziskuswerk Schönbrunn gemeinnützige Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (hereinafter also referred to as “contracting authority”) is a subsidiary of Viktoria-von-Butler-Stiftung, a religious foundation under public law. It operates in Schönbrunn a workshop for persons with disabilities and the Edith-Stein-Förderstätte. The currently approximately 140 transport participants are to be transported daily when the facility is open (approximately 228 transport days/ year) in a disability-appropriate manner from their respective places of residence to the facility and back, or from their respective place of residence to the outsourced workplace. The contractor must ensure that the transport participants arrive punctually before the start of work at the WfbM (Mon.-Fri.: 8.00 a.m.), but not earlier than 7.35 a.m. It must also be ensured that persons with disabilities can remain in the workshop until the end of working time (currently Mon.-Thu.: 4.10 p.m., Fri.: 1.10 p.m.).
