TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for specialist planning HLSK AG 1-2-3-7 including services for new buildings, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs and maintenance. A knowledgeable planning office familiar with building within existing structures and experienced in handling highly specialized buildings is sought. The majority of the construction measures will be carried out in existing buildings and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with technical installations are of different ages, usually special buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. Authorized to call off for the duration of the framework agreement are the Fraunhofer Institutes of Region 18, which includes the following locations/execution sites: Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Waischenfeld, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bayreuth, Münchberg. New institutes or parts of institutes which are geographically assigned to the region may also call off services from the framework agreement.
