TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for planning buildings and interior spaces, including services for new build, extensions, conversions, modernization, repairs and maintenance. A specialist planning office is being sought that is familiar with building on existing sites and has experience in dealing with highly technical buildings. The predominant share of construction measures will be carried out on existing sites and in ongoing operations. The existing buildings with the technical systems are of different ages, usually special-purpose buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. Institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Region 20_02 are entitled to place calls during the term of the contract; they include the following sites/places of performance: Freiburg. New institutes or parts of institutes that are geographically assigned to the region can also place calls for services under the framework agreement.
