TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for building planning and interior spaces with services for new construction, extensions, conversions, modernisations, repairs and maintenance. A specialist planning office is being sought that is competent, familiar with construction in existing assets, and experienced in dealing with highly technical buildings. The predominant share of construction measures is carried out on the existing site and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with their technical systems are of different ages, generally special-purpose buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. During the term of the contract, Fraunhofer Institutes in region 20_02 are authorised to place orders; these include the following locations/places of performance: Freiburg. New institutes or parts of institutes that are geographically assigned to the region may also place orders for services under the framework agreement.
