TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for the planning of buildings and interior spaces with services for new construction, extensions, conversions, modernisations, repairs and maintenance. A specialist planning office is being sought that is familiar with building in existing structures and experienced in dealing with highly technical buildings. The vast majority of construction measures is carried out on-site within existing premises and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with their technical systems are of varying ages; as a rule they are special-purpose buildings and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. During the term of the contract, the Fraunhofer Institutes of region 15_02 are eligible to place calls, including the following locations/places of performance: St. Ingbert, Sulzbach, Saarbrücken. New institutes or parts of institutes that are geographically assigned to the region may also place calls for services under the framework agreement.
