TENDER DESCRIPTION

Invitation to tender for a framework agreement for the planning and construction supervision (TGA). The plant groups according to HOAI 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are to be handled, with services for new builds, extensions, conversions, modernisations, repairs and maintenance/ongoing maintenance. A specialist planning office is sought with expertise, familiar with construction in existing buildings, and experienced in handling highly technical building systems. The majority of construction measures will be carried out in existing buildings and in ongoing operations. The existing buildings with the technical installations are of various ages; as a rule, they are special-purpose buildings and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. The Fraunhofer Institutes of the region 15_02 are authorised to place orders for the duration of the contract and include the following sites/places of performance: Saarbrücken, Sulzbach, St. Ingbert, New institutes or institute parts that are geographically assigned to the region may also place orders for services under the framework contract.
