TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for the planning and construction supervision of technical building equipment (TGA). The facility groups according to HOAI 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8 are to be processed, with services for new, extension, conversions, modernizations, repairs and maintenance. A knowledgeable planning office experienced with construction in existing buildings and familiar with handling highly technical buildings is sought. The majority of construction measures will be carried out in existing buildings and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with the technical equipment are of different ages, usually special buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings, and office buildings. Authorized to call off during the contract duration are the Fraunhofer Institutes of region 15_02, which include the following locations/places of execution: Saarbrücken, Sulzbach, St. Ingbert. New institutes or institute parts geographically assigned to the region can also call off services from the framework agreement.
