TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for the planning and construction supervision of TGA. The plant groups according to HOAI 4, 5, 6 are to be handled, with services for new builds, extensions, conversions, modernisations, repairs and maintenance. A specialist planning office is sought that is competent, familiar with building in existing structures, and experienced in dealing with highly technical buildings. The majority of construction measures will be carried out in existing facilities and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with the technical systems are of varying age, as a rule special-purpose buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. During the term of the contract, the Fraunhofer institutes of the region 15_02 are entitled to place orders, including the following locations/places of implementation: Saarbrücken, Sulzbach, St. Ingbert. New institutes or parts of institutes that are assigned geographically to the region may also place orders for services under the framework agreement.
