TENDER DESCRIPTION

Invitation to tender for a framework agreement for the planning and construction supervision TGA. The plant groups according to HOAI 4, 5, 6 are to be processed, with services for new-build, extension, conversion and modernization, repairs and maintenance. A planning office is being sought that is qualified, experienced in construction in the existing stock, and experienced in dealing with highly technical buildings. The predominant proportion of construction measures is carried out in the existing stock and in ongoing operations. The existing buildings with the technical systems are of different ages; as a rule, they are special-purpose buildings and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings.
