TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tender for a framework agreement for specialist planning ELT AG 4-5-6 with services for new buildings, extensions, conversions, modernisations, repairs and maintenance. A technically competent planning office experienced with existing buildings and highly technical buildings is sought. The majority of construction measures will be carried out in existing buildings and during ongoing operations. The existing buildings with technical installations are of different ages, generally special buildings, and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. Eligible to call off for the duration of the framework agreement are the Fraunhofer Institutes of Region 18, which includes the following locations/places of execution: Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Waischenfeld, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bayreuth, Münchberg. New institutes or institute parts geographically assigned to the region may also call off services from the framework agreement.
