TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the site in Frankfurt am Main, as part of follow-on equipment for the Biotherapeutic Drug Substance Development and Protein Design area, a label-free, microfluidics-based real-time binding analysis system with at least 5 parallel channels (individual-channel application also possible) and an integrated autosampler with a cooling compartment is required. The system is used for the highly sensitive determination of affinities and binding kinetics (ka, kd, KD) and for concentration measurement.
