The subject of this public contract is to provide and carry out the performance of the technical supervision of the client and the coordinator for safety and health at work by a team of at least four persons during the implementation of an above-ground construction, including ensuring technical supervision over the CDE and creating an information module/container for the management and maintenance of the newly built property “FRDB - Construction of an apartment building – construction” so as to ensure comprehensive control and coordination activities leading to the successful completion of the construction and the handover of the necessary information about the technological equipment used and the actual implementation of HVAC and plumbing technologies (TZB) for repairs and maintenance throughout the service life of the apartment building.
